Budget update for a purchase order
- A purchase order can be moved from budget X to budget Y provided that all order items exist in both budgets
- After the transfer, the order will no longer exist under budget X, but only under budget Y
- It is not possible to transfer an order that has already been linked to a purchase invoice (a message will be displayed)
