We can create an event and link to it all relevant purchase orders, purchase invoices, documents, files, and correspond with the person in charge regarding the excessive cost of the event. You can also set reminders, view the history, and the rest of the standard things that appear in the tabs in the system, so that everything is organized in one place, which will allow, for example, next time to view the previous event and draw conclusions accordingly.
