Billing subscriptions in the system

Charges in the system are generated for customers automatically based on the monthly active user count.

The minimum time unit is one month, which means that the charge will be applied or canceled depending on whether the user was active or canceled during that month.

So if a user was created at the end of the month, the charge will be for the entire month. Conversely, even if a user was canceled at the end of the month, the user will not be charged at all for that month.
