Email notifications from the system
By default, the system sends email notifications to the user’s email for anything waiting for the user – orders, invoices, documents, etc.
If needed, you can stop receiving email notifications (mainly relevant for users who receive many emails per day).
To stop/enable email notifications, click the user name in the top-left corner > User Settings > Receive emails from the system
Important notes:
- If notifications have been turned off, it is recommended to make sure to log in to the system once a day in order to release anything stuck with you
- Email notifications for personal messages in the system will continue to arrive even if email notifications have been turned off
- The emails sent from the system do not contain any information other than a link to the relevant entity in the system, so there is no concern that you are losing any information if you turned off the notification
