Installing the procee sync software

Please note: the sync software must be installed on the server where the organizational ERP system database is installed.

After downloading and running it, you will be asked to enter the company’s serial number (to obtain the serial number, please contact your organization’s system administrator).

For systems with an sql server database (Hashavshevet, SAP, etc.), please send the following connection details to support ([email protected]):

1. Server address
2. Database name
3. Username (sql authentication)
4. Password

Hashavshevet users – the server address and database name can be found here, and the username and password can be obtained from your IT contact or by opening a request with Hashavshevet asking for a username and password for the database.
