Purchase Order with Monthly Distribution

Example: At the beginning of the year, we will issue the cellular company a purchase order for the monthly invoice that will arrive at the end of each month during the year

Assume that the monthly invoice will be 100 NIS each month

In order to distribute the reservation evenly throughout the year, we will need to reserve each month separately

To make it easier for the user, we can check “Monthly” and the system will already distribute the amount over the selected date range

This is how it looks on the order creation screen when selecting the item:

After we click Save, the system will enter 100 NIS in each month within the selected date range
