Required data for database synchronization

For database synchronization, 4 pieces of data are required:

1. Server address
2. Database name
3. Username
4. Password

The server address can be found on the “About” screen:

The database name can be found on the “Switch Company” screen:

A standard Hashavshevet installation usually allows read access with the username wizread and password 123456. If these do not work, a support ticket should be opened with Hashavshevet or IT so they can provide a username and password for the relevant database.

Please make sure via managment studio that the credentials work (sql authentication)

These details should be sent to support so they can update them and perform the pull.
