Sending a Purchase Order

When a purchase order workflow is completed, an automatic notification is sent to the order creator that the order has been approved.

Now the order creator can choose to send the order by email/WhatsApp to the supplier using the send button in the purchase order actions.

If the order is still pending approval, the send button still exists, but the following note appears:

In this case, the sending will be performed automatically by the system when the workflow is completed, without any additional action.
